Good size home. We had enough space for everyone and didn’t feel crowded. The resort had plenty to do and the swimming area was fun with the kiddos.

Nick was an amazing host! He always answered promptly. The house was BEAUTIFUL! It perfectly fit our family of 8 with no problems! The amenities inside the community were perfect if you needed a chill day with something to do. Everything was clean, and you feel at home. We will definitely be staying here again.

We all absolutely loved Nick's place. Pool, hot tub, cinema room, games room and plenty of common space to hang out. Lovely bedrooms too. Ideal location near Disney, Universal and SeaWorld parks. Kissimmee has lots of restaurants just a few mins away by car. Nick was super responsive when we had queries too. A 100% recommendation from us.

Nick’s place was a great fit for our family. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and everything matched the description perfectly. The pool was especially large and enjoyable. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

We had a few minor issues with our stay, but I do recommend this place and I would stay here again. The house looks just like the pictures and the place was clean.  We did pay to have the pool heated, but when we arrive, the pool was cold and the pool had algae. I contacted the host who quickly responded, but a service technician did not come out until two days later.  The pool was cleaned, but at that point we no longer needed the pool heated therefore, I cannot comment if the heating issue was resolved. It did take a few messages to the host to refund the pool heating cost, however it was refunded after checkout. The dishwasher has a leak and we notified the host after checkout.  Nick noted a technician would be sent.  There is a  foul smell coming from the washer.   The host said to run the washer with soap, but no clothes for one cycle.  We did this, but the smell did not go away. I did wash a load of clothes and the clothes were cleaned.
